Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership : Coint and its licensors retain all rights, ownership, and interest in the platform, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. You acknowledge that CointSwap and its licensors hold exclusive rights to the platform's design, software, code, content, graphics, and other materials.
License to Use : Coint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform's content or design.
User-Generated Content : Any content, information, or materials you submit, post, or upload to the Coint platform remain your intellectual property. However, by submitting such content, you grant Coint a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
Prohibited Actions : You agree not to engage in any activities that infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of CointSwap or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform, using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or distributing copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Reporting Violations : If you believe that any content or materials on the Coint platform infringe upon your intellectual property rights or the rights of others, please promptly notify us in accordance with our designated procedures for reporting intellectual property violations.
Termination : Violation of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials, may result in the termination of your access to the Coint platform, and legal action may be pursued where necessary.
No Transfer of Rights : These Terms of Use do not grant you any rights to use CointSwap's name, trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent. You are prohibited from using Coint's intellectual property in any manner that may cause confusion or mislead others.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California. for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.

By accessing and using the CointSwap platform and its associated services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions pertaining to the assumption of risk:
