π₯Part 2

Despite the total darkness, it was impossible to distinguish between day and night, and Novandra assumed that night had come based on her sleepiness, but thousands of unanswered questions in her mind did not allow her to sleep. Questions that need to wait until the moment of encountering Qphen to find the answer. This was the first time that she had been separated from Xylon and her people for several days in a row, and this new and strange feeling was more difficult for her to bear than anything else. As she lay on a stone slab in his cell, lost in thought and confusion, she felt someone standing behind her and watching. After a few seconds, suddenly a woman's voice broke the silence of her mind. She searched the darkness for the face of the voice, but saw nothing but blackness. A voice that sounded a bit familiar said: "Great Novandra, I have been waiting for you for years and I have suffered but There is no time to talk now, the guard will come in a moment and then we must escape..."
The woman said this and left in the dark.
A few moments later, the laughter of the guards could be heard along with a light at the end of the corridor that had appeared for the first time. The guards had come to bring dinner and Novandra realized it was the early hours of the night. After placing the food in the designated place in her cell, the two guards continued on their way, the flashlight in their hand illuminating the space somewhat. The guards seemed to have gone down the corridor to the left, where the same woman had disappeared into the darkness. Suddenly, two guards' screams were heard, and from their words, it seemed that they had fallen into a pit. The woman then rushed to Novandra cell and opened the cell door with a set of keys.
She said: Don't stop for a moment, just follow me.
